Remotedev.ch – a brand of JL Consulting Group GmbH

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the business relationship between JL Consulting Group GmbH, Zürcherstrasse 84, 8854 Altendorf, Switzerland (hereinafter “JL Consulting”) and its customers (hereinafter “Customer”).

The “Remotedev” brand is a brand of JL Consulting Group GmbH and serves as a platform for brokering IT and digital services.

2. Subject Matter of the Contract

JL Consulting offers the brokering of IT, software development, and digital services via the “Remotedev” platform.

JL Consulting does not itself provide any development or IT services, but acts solely as an intermediary between the Customer and external service providers (hereinafter “Partner Companies”).

A contractual relationship for the actual provision of services is established exclusively between the Customer and the respective Partner Company.

3. Role of JL Consulting

JL Consulting performs the following functions:

Referral to suitable partner companies
Coordination within the framework of the collaboration
Invoicing and payment processing

JL Consulting is neither the employer of the specialists deployed nor a contractual partner for the specific provision of services.

 

 

4. Service Provision

Services are provided exclusively by the respective partner company.

JL Consulting does not guarantee:

Quality of services
Adherence to deadlines
Availability of individual resources
Economic success of the projects

Any claims arising from the provision of services must be asserted directly against the respective partner company.

5. Liability

JL Consulting is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

Any liability for:

Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Data loss

is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

In particular, JL Consulting is not liable for services provided by partner companies.

6. Payment Processing

Invoicing for the services provided is handled by JL Consulting unless otherwise agreed.

The client’s payment obligation remains unaffected by any objections to the service provided by the partner company.

7. Contractual Relationship with Partner Companies

The client acknowledges that:

the service is provided by an external partner company
JL Consulting has no authority to give instructions to the specialists deployed
no employment relationship exists between the client and JL Consulting
8. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to treat all confidential information as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All work results created within the scope of the collaboration are subject to the agreements between the client and the respective partner company.

JL Consulting acquires no rights to the services provided.

10. Final Provisions

Swiss law shall apply exclusively.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of JL Consulting Group GmbH.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
